Biography :
Dr. Salvino is a trauma and critical care surgeon with over thirty years of experience in medicine. He combines extensive clinical expertise with a background in engineering, holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a track record as a medical device inventor. Early in his career, he identified opportunities to improve medical device development to better serve both patients and clinicians. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Notre Dame and his Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University. He also holds advanced degrees in Aerospace Medicine, Flight Test Engineering, Planetary Geology, Mining Engineering, and Space Studies.
